MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe Finance Clerk processes invoices for payment and ensures that all supporting documents accompany such invoices to the relevant stakeholders. The Finance Clerk will also be required to assist with ad hoc tasks from their Direct report where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASEnsure Supplier / Client Invoices are processed where requiredEnsure all Client Billing sheets / Trackers are compiled and reconciled where requiredSupplying client with all supporting documentation / Supplier with vendor documents to aid in payment of account where requiredAd hoc TasksREQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION Grade 12 with a basic understanding of finance and administration
DESIRED EDUCATION Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or relevant Financial / Business Diploma or Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE A minimum of 1 year working in Accounts Payable processing
DESIRED EXPERIENCE Previous experience in the financial department
