REQUIREMENTSMatric, associates degree in accounting or related field preferredMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or financial roleBasic understanding of contract management processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProficiency in data entry and accounting softwareGood communication and customer service skillsBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong ethical standards and integrity DUTIESTransaction Processing:Record debit transactions accurately.Process payments and refunds.Maintain detailed records of financial transactions.Account Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and financial ledgers.Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.Ensure all transactions are balanced and accounted for.Data Entry:Enter financial data into accounting systems.Update and maintain databases with accurate information.Ensure data integrity and accuracy.Customer Interaction:Handle inquiries from customers regarding their accounts.Provide information and resolve issues related to debits.Assist customers with transaction processing.Administrative Support:Assist in preparing financial reports.Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.Maintain organised financial records and documentation.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Prepare and submit required financial reports.Assist with audits and regulatory reviews.Contract Management Assistance:Assist in maintaining and organizing contract records.Support the contract management team with administrative tasks.Ensure contract documentation is complete and up to date.
