We are looking for a Finance Change Manager to join our team based in Cape Town, on an initial 4-month contract.
In-Office Monday- Thursday.
This position will focus on the change as it pertains to Finance with the main responsibilities as follows:
Conduct a detailed Change Impact Assessment working with the Finance Workstream Leads and Finance Process Analysts.
Understand the current Finance processes that will be impacted.
Leverage the detailed to-be designed to understand the to-be Finance processes and other interdependent processes, and conduct a detailed Change Impact Assessment defining the changes to process, system interfaces, data and information, roles, governance mechanisms and ways of work; andEngage with the relevant Finance Leadership and other stakeholders to socialise the outcome and ensure understanding and alignment.Conduct Change Planning and ensure alignment on proposed way forward to successfully navigate the change within the Finance Division
Identify critical success factors and interdependencies to drive successful change.Leverage and Engagement Approaches and Plans to map out the Change Roadmap and change support required for Finance.Support and enable Leadership alignment on the proposed way forward.Collaborate with the other change resources and Finance People team to ensure successful communication within the relevant Finance stakeholder groups on Why, What, When and How.The ideal candidate will have the following:
Qualifications:
An Honours degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology with the relevant experience in Change Management.Change Management Certification an advantage.Experience: -
