Finance Business PartnerOur client, a plant equipment manufacturer in Honeydew, is looking to employ a Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will perform a full accounting and reporting function.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform a full accounting and reporting function including but not limited to:SAP systems management and control for Finance and ML ControllingDaily, Weekly and Monthly internal business reporting and controllingFinancial control over inventory and assets and monthly assessmentsBalance sheet reconciliations monthlyPortfolio management of internal and external audits, insurance and income taxBudgeting process for BSAFManagement reporting for Zambia Entity - Posting the bank and Monthly Bank Recons USD+ZMW, Update Fixed Assets register, Petty Cash – recon, Loading Creditors PaymentsCheck postings are correct and validManufacturing orders assessment monthlyStock movement & obsolete stock management ensuring all movements are signed offActively drive working capital ratios – cash, accounts receivables, accounts payables, stockReconcile assets on a quarterly basis to the Asset Register in SAP and report any findings and manage impairmentsAdministration and management of the stock system, as well as the Stock Count process on an annual basis. Complete a monthly valuation, reach calculation (obsolete stock), and analysis and report on any differencesAssist with the management of the full year-end internal and external audit function, report any non-conformances to management and implement actions for improvements to systems, processes and proceduresReview and management of actuals to budget as well as implement actions for cost reduction for BSAF – BLUS and BJHBAssist with VAT, Income Tax and Companies Act rules and implementationDesired Experience & QualificationBCOM Completed4 – 10 years' experienceMicrosoft Office with a high degree of skill on Excel (very important)Internal software exposure: SAP (Key requirement), HyperionHigh level of understanding and control of business reporting requirementsOrientation of the problems / logical reasoningAbility to structure complex information in terms of their relevance and make conclusionsGood time managementCapacity to work in an international environment and a matrix organization
