Commercial Leadership: Develop and optimize financial processes, manage budgets, and embed ROI insights to sustain profitability.
Relationship Building: Engage with stakeholders to negotiate budgets, manage forecasting, and deliver exceptional financial reporting.
Team Development: Lead and mentor team members, driving performance excellence while fostering a culture of growth.
What You Bring: A BCom Accounting degree (NQF Level 7) and 910 years of accounting experience, including managerial and management accounting exposure.
Exceptional financial and commercial acumen , paired with strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in managing multiple financial structures, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
