Finance Business Partner

Compile and negotiate annual and project-based budgetsImplement and manage budgets, providing financial reports to stakeholdersPrepare and submit monthly forecasting, tracking accuracy, and driving accountabilityLiaise with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of the financial position and performanceProvide financial insight to executives and assist with financial analysis for clientsUpdate and perfect costing models and drive efficiency in financial processesManage risk and provide regular updates on outstanding debtors and possible bad debtsAct as a liaison between the finance department and business operationsSupervise and provide direction to the Debit Card AdministratorCoordinate with business units for budgeting and forecastingProvide financial guidance and support to business teamsAssist with debtors and collections for dedicated clientsPerform scenario and sensitivity analysis across financial structures and modelsEnsure compliance with internal procedures and organizational goalsSkills & Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-article commercial experiencePreferably in FMCGHas managed up to 8 direct reportsStrong commercial and financial acumenProficient in MS Excel and financial softwareStrong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning skillQualification:CA(SA) / ACMA CGMAContact OLIVIA MELTZER on
