What you'll do:As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strong analytical insight into our client's financial performance. You will be responsible for owning the annual budget preparation cycle, developing and maintaining a robust revenue reporting tool, and producing monthly board packs. Your strategic financial analysis skills will be crucial in assisting senior management with planning and operational matters. Furthermore, you will support operational leads with any required financial analysis, ensure NetSuite contains all relevant budget data, and develop a profit by client reporting process.Own the annual budget preparation cycle, working closely with relevant department heads and the CFODevelop and maintain a robust revenue and cash-flow reporting toolProduce monthly board pack and other board-related papersUndertake strategic financial analysis and assist senior management with planning and operational mattersSupport operational leads with any required financial analysisEnsure NetSuite contains all relevant budget data and can generate required board report backupDevelop and implement a profit by client reporting processWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience and qualifications including CA (SA), CGMA or ACCA. With at least five years' experience in a similar role, you have honed your analytical skills to provide insightful financial analysis. Your experience extends to budget preparation, re-forecasting, producing detailed reports for board meetings, and developing revenue reporting tools. Proficiency in using NetSuite or similar financial software is also essential.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar roleStrong analytical skills with an ability to provide insightful financial analysisExperience in budget preparation, re-forecasting and cash-flow forecastingProficiency in using NetSuite or similar financial softwareExperience in developing revenue reporting toolsWhat sets this company apart:Our client is a leading player in their industry, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation.
