Finance Business Partners based in Cape Town, listen up!Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. You will be a critical member of the finance team, providing expert financial analysis, strategic support, and guidance. This role is ideal for a Registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a robust background in finance and a proven track record in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function, managing B-BBEE strategies, and presenting financial insights to the board.Duties:Lead and manage the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support strategic decision-making.Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and insights to the board of directors.Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.Utilize TM1 (IBM Cognos TM1) for financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:Qualified Chartered AccountantExperience:3 years post-articles experience in the construction industryIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
