We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive, and meticulous Finance Business Partner to join a goal-oriented team.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:Management Accounting or Financial Information systems Diploma/Degree.Minimum 5 Years Business Intelligence reporting.Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry advantageous.Commercial or contracting experience advantageous.Recognition is given to Prior Learning and practical experience.CIMA registered.NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:At least 5 years experience within a similar role.Experience in external financial audits.Experience in Business Case review and analysis.SAP Experience.Experience in general business management within a commercial environment.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:Business Reporting and Analysis:Establish the core analytical capabilities to serve the company's strategy.Oversee the measurement, analysis, and reporting of key metrics, developing optimized reports that can be used across the business.Use analytics insights to understand the performance of the operations and use data and analytics to inform decisions.Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Develop dashboards and KPI reports to present insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Financial Modelling and Analysis:Develop and refine detailed financial models to assess project feasibility, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and key investment metrics (NPV, IRR). Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate project risks and pinpoint optimization opportunities.Support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis with business case reviews and actions required from various funding sources.Develop and refine key business reporting matrix from the financial model to ensure the right decisions are made.Create business case presentations and updates for stakeholders, including the Head of department and EXCO.Commercial Support:Assist Commercial in prepping for Tender business submission.Assist in preparing pricing requests for new business.Provide commercial support on sales reporting needs.Participate in the commercial and contractual evaluation of tenders and RFQs relating to capital projects.Support financial due diligence efforts, coordinating with legal, technical, and environmental teams. Identify potential financial risks like market volatility and regulatory changes, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.Pricing Analysis and Support:Perform monthly Pricing and Margin analysis and feedback into business.Ensure visibility of pricing strategies exists within the business to clearly understand the drivers of profitability.Support new business initiatives and projects in calculating the correct pricing of products to the market.Financial Planning and Analysis:Input to the company's financial planning and analysis process.Application Deadline: 03 October 2024If you do not receive a response from us within three weeks of submitting your application, please understand that your application was not successful.
