Job Description: Understand the business holistically and manage financial projects efficiently.Develop and document the financial control environment, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.Manage foreign currency risk and engage proactively with lenders.Review legal agreements and handle corporate finance and tax structuring.Dealing with Merger and AcquisitionsInvolvement in the direction of the business and advising the CFO accordinglyInvolvement in financial modelling and business deals and corporate strategy Experience and Qualification Requirements: CA(SA)/Chartered Accountant accreditation is essential5 to 8 years post articles experience is essentialExperience in the Africa regions is beneficialFinancial services or Retail experience is preferred
