Our client a wellestablished automotive company based in Cape Town is seeking a Financial Business Manager who will be responsible for managing the organizations finances in accordance with financial regulations and standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and possess exceptional financial management skills to support the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities: Oversee the financial management of the organization including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards including tax laws and accounting principles Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organizations growth and success Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to management Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks auditors and regulatory bodies Lead and manage a team of financial professionals Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business strategy Identify and mitigate financial risks Manage cash flow and treasury operations Implement and maintain financial systems and processes Daily tasks will include but not limited to control of sales receipts related to vehicle inventory financed through dealer and customer floorplans bank statement balances to be checked for completeness of posting review of debtors aging for dealers and fleet customers ensuring accuracy of import costs incurred on stock ensuring timely processing of payments and allocations and daily stock sales status updates Preparation of monthend reporting pack Apply: If you meet the above requirements and find interest in this position please email your CV to .

Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field Professional qualification such as CA(SA) or CFA is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role in a dealership or OEM Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills Proficiency in financial software and systems Experience in the automotive industry is essential
