Finance Audit & Compliance Officer

My client, an established Importer/Exporter based in NS of Cape Town, seeks a highly proficient Internal Auditor and Compliance Officer, to manage the entire Audit process and look after the clients Compliance to both national and international standards.Requirements:Preferably a qualified CIA or CA(SA)Minimum 5 years middle financial management experienceRegulatory Knowledge and Risk Management (ability to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor)Experience with Audit procedures and reportingIFRS + US Gaap compliance and auditing experienceStrong Company Tax experience for the SA Subsidiary
