Join our vibrant property and maintenance management team, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our finance operations. We're seeking a Finance Assistant who is proficient in Xero, with experience managing sales and credit ledgers. Key Responsibilities
CIS and Reverse VAT Management: Process and manage CIS and Reverse VAT transactions to maintain compliance. Xero Accounting: Ensure accurate financial records, focusing on sales and credit ledgers. Financial Transactions: Record, process, and reconcile daily financial activities. Ledger Management: Oversee sales ledger, credit control, and payment processing with precision. Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close. Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage account queries and statements with clients and suppliers. Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory: 2–3 years of finance experience with Xero. In-depth knowledge of CIS and Reverse VAT. Proficient in managing sales and credit ledgers. Beneficial: Background in the maintenance or property management sector. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Self-driven, with a dedication to long-term career growth.
