Finance Assistant Do you possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks?

There is a great deal of teamwork but strong individual accountability for this individual.
Working hours: 07h30 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 or 08h30 to 17h00 Key deliverables Accuracy, correctness, 100% spot on, all the time.
Always ready to assist all members of the team.
Attend to any client / internal/audit queries and provide feedback within a stipulated time frame.
Assisting the Manager with a variety of finance issues.
Scheduling meetings as required.
Promptly answering the questions of staff and clients.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with customers.
Collection of debtors within due dates.
Allocation of debtors payments.
Resolution of debtor queries in an efficient and professional manner.
Collection of Withholding tax certificates from African countries.
Reconciliations and allocations of Withholding tax certificates.
Technical knowledge, skills & abilities Strong multi-tasking skills is a must to ensure various duties are performed accurately and on time.

Experience as a finance assistant, 2-3 years, will be an advantage.
MS Office.
Xero.
Salesforce (an advantage).
