Are you an experienced Financial Assistant looking for a dynamic role?
We're seeking a motivated individual to support our CFO and manage our financial operations.This will be for one of OCFO's exciting clients.

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company? Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable? Manage Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations? Manage the online filing system and Asset Registry, Leave Management? Analysis and control of expenses and variance to budgets? Assistance with the preparation of Monthly Reporting and Full Payroll function? Assistance with external reviews to ensure accurate year-end financials? Reporting on account performance? Manage relationships with various clientsSkills:? Xero experience will be advantageous? Excellent attention to detail? Strong Excel skills? Excellent communication skills? Excellent Accounts Receivable management capabilities? Outstanding reporting and presentation skills? Statutory skills will be advantageous? Excellent Time Management skillsRequirements:? Thorough understanding of accountancy? Full Bookkeeping Experience? Monthly Reporting experience? Degree/Diploma? Working Knowledge of an Accounting Package
