Requirements:

Matric with Mathematics and Accounting
Relevant experience in finance, administration and recons
Computer literate and proficient in Excel

Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of rental statements in line with lease agreements.
Liaising with property managers and landlords to receive relevant information and resolve queries.
Reconciliation of ad hoc charges against source documents in line with leases agreements.
Reconciliation of rates increases.
Validation of utility charges.
Finance related activities and reconciliations.
General auditing duties.
General administration.
