REQUIREMENTS Matric, associates degree in accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or financial role Basic understanding of contract management processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in data entry and accounting software Good communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong ethical standards and integrity DUTIES Record debit transactions accurately. Process payments and refunds. Maintain detailed records of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and financial ledgers (can be taught). Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts. Ensure all transactions are balanced and accounted for. Enter financial data into accounting systems. Handle inquiries from customers regarding their accounts. Provide information and resolve issues related to debits. Assist customers with transaction processing. Maintain organised financial records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Assist with basic audit information and regulatory reviews. Support the finance team with various administrative tasks. Office / HR duties Assist in maintaining and organizing contract records. Onboarding and welcoming new staff Collating payroll information Support the contract management team with administrative tasks.
