Finance And Leasing Assistant - (City Centre)

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Finance and Leasing Assistant to join our team.
If you have a passion for property management and finance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You will have every other Friday off and we braai on the Friday's we do work.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage leasing administration and financial accounts with precision.
Perform account and general ledger reconciliations, and address audit queries.
Handle tenant-related levy and municipal statement queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
Liaise with solicitors, agents, and other parties on sales contracts and track progress.
Prepare contracts as needed.
Utilise MDA Property Systems or Xero Accounting software, with experience being a plus.
Provide support by attending to general, telephone, and email queries.
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a property company is essential.
Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
Moderate to good Excel skills.
Familiarity with MDA Property Systems or Xero Accounting is advantageous.
Competency Requirements:

Comfortable working with estate agents and body corporates.
Energetic, organised, and eager to learn.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Renumeration:
R 12 000 - R 17 000 (Dependant on experience)
