At least 3 years accounts and inventory experience is essential, as is a bookkeeping to trial balance qualification.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are needed to accurately perform duties related to financial administration and inventory management.
Responsibilities:Record all financial transactions and assist with sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.Maintain financial transactions by posting and balancing accounts, ensuring accuracy.Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.Generate inventory reports for management review.May be required to audit financial records as well as inventory records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate and work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure accurate recording of transactions and inventory levels.Requirements:Accounts and inventory experience is essential - min 3 years experience.Bookkeeping qualification to trial balance.Strong organizational skills.Solid understanding of accounting principles.Proficiency in Accounting software - Xero and Dear Inventory system experience is ideal.
