Finance And Administration Officer

Finance and Administration Officer required for a reputable manufacturing company based in East London, Eastern Cape.Requirements:A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Relevant certifications in finance or bookkeeping are an advantage.Proficiency in Pastel Accounting and BI tools is essential.Experience in handling SARS submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL, and VAT).Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word.Knowledge of Nedbank online banking is advantageous.Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial work.Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Pastel and generate reports using BI tools.Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.Reconcile bank statements with financial records.Organize and manage financial records and documentation.Should you wish to apply, please email your CV to Kerry O'Hagan at K.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
