Position title : FINANCE ANALYST
Position reports to : ERICSSON MEA FINANCE MANAGER
Job Grade : GHANA
Main purpose / objective of the position:
Prepare detailed monthly country packs for all Ericsson sites in West Africa.
Provide robust calculations for invoicing and client reporting for West Africa.
Calculate the correct invoicing and savings, provide analysis for monthly invoicing and track unpaid invoices.
Ensure debtors payments are received and allocated correctly for all West African countries.
Provide necessary labour reconciliations.
Support MEA finance manager on all commercial and client issues/request on the account.
Provide financial support to the Operations Directors, CU Lead and Finance Manager in their communications to the client.
Ensure company internal policies and procedures are adhered to.
Ensure robust and accurate financial planning including budgets and forecasts are completed for client as well as internal.
Ensure all month end and year end including client and internal reporting is completed on time and variance analysis and commentary is complete and accurate
Ensure a healthy relationship with the client business partner and ensure monthly meeting are held with the client business partner to take them through the results with variance analysis.
Key Accountabilities:
CBRE Excellerate
Download FMP reports, analyse and send out PO listing report to the operation team (on the 1st of the month).
Calculate the correct invoicing of the payroll (CAT3), baseline (CAT2), projects (CAT4,5) in line with client and internal deadlines.
Maintain Ericsson POs and invoicing trackers.
Add raised invoices to the invoice tracker and monitor the unpaid invoices and aged debt.
Complete monthly reconciliation of the payroll, baseline, projects costs, savings and transition costs.
Complete monthly pass-through reconciliations between CBRE systems & reported numbers.
Advise Middle East and South African countries on the monthly billing, aged debts and potential risks.
Ensuring full audit trail of all financial transactions including SOX compliance requirements where necessary.
Client
Update Ericsson monthly packs including current month billing amounts.
Review the numbers with the site facility managers and coordinators and the MEA financial manager and client BP.
Provide information on savings and other variances in the clients reporting by the 1st of each month.
Collect and consolidate information for client's forecast and budgeting processes.
Implement DWH or FMP, where necessary, work with the countries to proactively resolve mismatch in BOMA codes with the budgets
Other
Be a visible pro-active member of the Ericsson account, implement workflow improvements.
Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
Optimizing company cashflow & ensuring credit control (TWC) targets are met.
Enhance profitability/margin of the contract.
Performing ad hoc requests.
Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in financial accounting and qualified accountant. Highly skilled in Forecasting and Budgeting. (TIPP completed articles a bonus)
Previous commercial / financial experience within the service industry
General knowledge of financial systems SAP, MyMCS and SOX requirements.
Strong financial control and accounting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong and supportive relationships and extract required data and meaningful information from relevant people.
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills essential including pivot tables and graphs.
Excellent communication & presentation skills, a team player, willing to work longer hours where necessary to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Ability to work to clearly defined deadlines.

Based at Client site in Ghana
Dotted line responsibility to MEA Operations Director.
