The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain financial records and filesProcess and reconcile invoices, billing, quotations, purchase orders, and expense reportsAssist with budget preparation and financial reportingMonitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresPrepare and process payments to vendors and suppliersAssist with month-end and year-end financial close processesAssist in financial audits and reviewsProvide support to the finance team as neededRequirements: Certification in finance, accounting, or related field2+ years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
