Technical Competencies and responsibilities: 2 years of experience in a similar role (advantageous) Review, update, and maintain standard operating practices and manuals Conduct BOM audits and ensure accurate record keeping Manage documentation archiving and retrieval for audit purposes Assist with month-end stock takes at the site and outlying depots Release and maintain Supply Chain Transfers for all warehouses Liaise with internal and external parties, including legal and sales departments Investigate CHEP disputes Behavioural Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels Strong problem-solving and time management abilities Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrate ethical behaviour and leadership skills IMPORTANT - Only shortlisted candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered.
