We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Administrative Support professional to join our team at our Springs Plant.
Key Responsibilities: Provide core financial administrative support to Agriculture Vegetables and Finance functions.
Render financial accounting transactions, ensuring the correctness and verification of invoices.
Process invoices, capture payments, and manage document filing.
Collect cash and perform administrative support services.
Monitor and follow up on debtor accounts, and provide budget support services.
Capture and allocate financial transactions, compile journals, and clear suspense accounts.
Collaborate with budget holders to collect information, compare expenditures against budgets, and prepare budget proposals for Financial Manager approval.
Technical Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in decision-making and effective communication (both verbal and written).
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and SAP ERP Systems.
Ability to work accurately and timely with financial data.
Behavioral Competencies: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Communicate effectively with farmers regarding payment queries.
Team player, able to interact well with colleagues and management.
Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Diploma in Finance or a related qualification.
