We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our event booking team in Brooklyn.
If you have a strong foundation in accounting and administrative functions as well as the ability to handle various tasks related to event bookings and client coordination this could be the position you have been looking for.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (Debtors, Creditors, or related accounting tasks) Experience in direct client engagement Strong organizational and administrative skills Strong Microsoft Office experience specifically strong Excel proficiency Understanding of VAT processes and requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Own vehicle essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of bookings and client accounts Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met and booking details are captured accurately Manage all administrative tasks related to event coordination, including data entry and document handling Ensure VAT compliance and accurate record-keeping for financial transactions Assist the team with additional tasks as required to ensure seamless event operations Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
