Finance Administrator (Cape Town)

Founded in 1997, Moving Tactics boasts more than two decades of expertise in digital signage. With a thriving trajectory, we are currently seeking a Finance Clerk to augment our finance team.
We seek an individual deeply passionate about numbers, one who lives and breathes financial intricacies, and is committed to adding substantial value to our operations. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing debtors and creditors.
Duties & Responsibilities: Capturing of CB (payments/receipts), (Suppliers), (Debtors), (Inter-Company Invoicing), (Capex Invoicing) and (Credit Cards)Reporting (Capex, Invoice report & finance sheets)Bi-Weekly finance meetingsPayment preparation for SuppliersAny other finance assistance that we might need from youDesired Experience & Qualification: Qualifications and competencies: Matric and tertiary educationMinimum of three years of related experienceMust have experience with PastelComputer literate in Outlook, MS Word and MS ExcelDebtors and Creditors experienceSkills and abilities required: PunctualHighly organisedProactivePositive and outgoingSociable/extrovertTeam playerA flare for problem-solvingOut the box thinking and the ability to work independentlyStrive for excellence, accuracy and be deadline drivenPackage & Remuneration: Basic Salary: R15,000.00 per month.
