Finance AdministratorOur client, based in Alberton North, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must be available immediately.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInvoicing clients and accepting paymentsReconciling invoices on a monthly basisAllocating electronic paymentsSending reconciliation statements monthly to clientsFollowing up on outstanding paymentsData CapturingCorresponding with clients telephonically and via e-mailHandling of Petty cashAssisting Directors with documentationClock cards for payroll submissionVehicle license renewalsFiling of all paperwork, debtors/creditorsCollection of parts occasionallyDesired Experience & QualificationSage one AccountingPreferably reside within the Alberton areaPackage & RemunerationR14,000.00 p/m CTC
