ResponsibilitiesMatch Goods Receiving Notes to supplier Tax Invoices.Ensure GRNs are attached to invoices and delivery notes, with proper authorization.Compile price variance lists for authorization.Prepare Cashbook recons for month-end payments.Capture Cashbook Payments into E1 once processed.Prepare month-end cashbook journals and accruals.Scan and save cashbook payments.General filing of finance documents and records.Assist in capturing cashbook and reallocation journals at month-end.Scan financial documentation as needed.Assist the Cashbook Controller and Finance Managers as required.Archive documents and provide payment details/supporting documents upon request.Manage applications and cancellations of fuel cards.Maintain the petty cash float.Ensure vouchers have correct supporting documentation, calculations, authorizations, GL codes, and VAT compliance.Issue receipts for all non-debtor's cash items.Capture Petty Cash journals for all sites into E1 and prepare monthly Reconciliations.Secure cash in the safe and maintain the deposit slips book for banked items.Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12 and bookkeeping qualification.2-3 years' experience.Proficient in MS Office, experience with Cashbook system and E1.Applicants who have not heard from us within 20 days of their application may assume that their application has been unsuccessful and are hereby thanked for their interest.
