Co-ordinate administrative applicationsAllocation, monitoring, and supervision of the administrative sectionInvoicing of administrative applications for surveysUpdating the fee bookFEC applications for invoicesFunding coordination with the bank for funds receivedChecking supplier invoices to quotes and coordinating invoices for authorizationFollow up on queries from creditorsPrepare and load EFT supplier paymentsMaintaining and updating beneficiary informationForward remittances to clients to indicate payments madePreparing credit notes as requiredHandling enquiries/queries on customer invoices and supplier invoicesCompiles repatriations for remittanceAd Hoc projects within the operations, admin and finance
