Finance Admin Assistant

South Africa's #1 Property Investment Group has an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Admin Assistant to join their accounting firm in Cape Town!
To qualify for this position, you need:

Matric (with Accounting as a subject)
Tertiary qualification advantageous.
Financial background would be an advantage.
1 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Computer literacy.
Deadline-driven
Analytical thinking.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Performance driven
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask

Duties and responsibilities include:

Financial administration.
Contacting clients to follow up on information requests.
Maintaining ongoing client files.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Providing assistance to the Finance Manager.
Timesheet reports.
Preparation of Confirmation Letters.
General administrative duties as requested.
