Quickbooks – bookkeeping
Weekly and monthly schedules for production and sales
Weekly and monthly collections forecast
Production - material orders
Production – check pre-costing
Production – check final costing
Production – monthly schedules for team merits
PPE for staff
Safety files
Vehicles – fuel book & recon control
Handle - all insurance claims
All fines

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
