Filing Clerk

Our client in the Employee Benefits Industry is currently looking for a Filing Clerk, in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities: Posting of payment letters and pensioner cards.
Distribution of paid files to relevant departments.
Retrieving of paid files on request.
Updating system for returned files.
Assistance with typing of payment letters.
Submitting necessary statistics.
Service orientation.
Enthusiastic approach.
Ability to work unsupervised and shows initiative.
Ability to prioritise.
Work well under pressure and towards set deadlines.
Requirements: Grade 12.
Good attendance and reliability.
Minimum of 1 year experience in filing environment.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational and administrative skills.
Basic knowledge of ApplinX system.
Good keyboard/PC skills (Outlook and Word) Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
Remuneration: Up to R10 529 per month + benefits.
