OverviewJob Title: Field Supervisor – Waterfall, DurbanLocation: Waterfall, DurbanHire Resolve's client is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field workers, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of DurbanLead a team of field workers and ensure they are properly trained and motivatedAssign tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlinesMonitor and evaluate the progress of field operations and adjust schedules as neededMaintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to managementEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholdersRequirements:Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Earth Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of water and wastewater systems is a plusBenefits:Salary, negotiablePaid time off, if applicable
