As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage customer relationships through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Your Role: Assisting service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders/installations.Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.Working as a team member of the Customer Service delivery team and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager Health Systems SD RSA.Developing your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.You're the right fit if: 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent.1 - 3 years' experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems.Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.Preferable experience in performing Corrective Maintenance and Planned Maintenance on X-ray equipment.Willingness to attend overseas equipment training when required.Willingness to travel on an occasional basis for support in other regions.Employment Equity
