Field Service Technicians (With Trade)

Main ResponsibilitiesTo perform Services and breakdown repairs, on clients drill equipment at customer site.To do on the job training of customer artisans during machine services and machine breakdownTo promote customers best practices of maintenance and servicesTo do regular audits of the customers machinesCheck and recommend type of spares and what the recommended stock levels should be.Communicate and implement technical news bulletins to customer.Commissioning of machines in the territory.Required Skills and CapabilitiesExperience in Customer Service and good interpersonal skillsGood planning and organizational skills as requiredAn ability to work unsupervised at set standardsBe willing to travel as and when required in the performance of his duties and trainingComputer LiterateGood product knowledge----------------------------------------------------------Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.No Criminal Record.Medically Fit.Contact: Rochwill CrouchOperations Manager
