Mission
To facilitate the growth of our company's service program through strong commitment to the delivery of high-quality customer service to all Epiroc customers, ensuring that the customer's expectations are met every time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Identify system failures through root cause failure analysis and repair.Perform quality maintenance work.Rectify all electrical, mechanical & hydraulic breakdowns.Ensure legal compliance on all machines.Participate and assure a high standard of work.Deliver quality work at all times.After hours and standby duties.Be part of the safety programme and maintain good housekeeping.Drive customer excellence through KPIs.Adhere to timekeeping as per company rules and regulations.Assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed in terms of 'The Epiroc Way.'Competences, Skills and Experience: Technical background (as per division requirements).Trade - Qualified artisan.Understanding of schematics as per our product lines.Valid driver's license.Good product knowledge.Interpersonal skills to work as part of the Workshop team.Educational Qualification:
Grade 12 with trade qualification and 5 years' experience.
