We are now looking for a Field Service Team Lead to join our South Africa Operational Organization based in Cape Town, South Africa.
What will you be doing: Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:
Coach and empower, provide directions, and lead the personnel towards development goals.Planning performance targets and individual development plans for the team and individual.Implement operational excellence improvements within our WoW services.Actively support the FSM and participate in the implementation of our Strategies and Business Development.Comply with and meet the defined targets of HSE (occupational health and safety).Cooperate with other departments through open and honest communication.Encourage the team to identify possibilities for further business development and Customer satisfaction.You will shine in this role when you have: Managerial experience - Added advantage.Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position.South African citizen.Why you and us: We at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility for our work.
