Field Service Sales Technician (Pumps)

Minimum requirements: Matric Preference to technical qualifications: Electrical or Millwright tradeExperienced in end-user repairs and/or technical selling of vacuum pumps, water pumps, compressors, valves, or other Industrial equipment selling to industrial markets: E.g., Food, plastics, woodwork, medical, automotive, packaging, wastewaterCalling on existing and new customers maintaining relationships and growing the business with these customersIdentifying new prospects and cold calling on potential customersSetting and chasing ambitious sales targets and generate new pump salesGrow field service. This will include procuring active service contractsGenerate service repair sales for the workshopsGenerate new pump sales: spares, pumps and systemsOn-site problem solvingInstall and repair vacuum pumps and systems on siteMay be required to travel in Africa.
