Job Description: Communicate professionally with customers daily (via phone and email) Commissioning and servicing of pumps at various pumps with various clients in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, mining and packaging industries Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Identify and cold call new prospects to generate business Set and pursue ambitious sales targets for pumps, spares, and systems Grow field service by securing active service contracts Track completed services and encouraged repeat business Drive service repair sales for workshops Develop and implement sales strategies with the team Complete weekly and monthly reports on time Foster relationships with key stakeholders: technicians, engineers, maintenance managers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users Provide accurate and timely feedback to management Skills & Experience: Fluent in Afrikaans (preferred, as many customers communicate in Afrikaans) Drivers licence essential Strong technical and hands-on skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and appearance Collaborative team player Deadline-driven with the ability to meet targets Adaptable and open to change Skilled at multitasking in dynamic environments Energetic, motivated, and results-focused Proficient in report writing Able to perform effectively under pressure Confident with strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities Self-starter, proactive, and able to take initiative Sales-focused with a results-oriented mindset Independent and able to stay focused on objectives and targets with minimal supervision Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
