Field Service Sales Technician

Job Description: Willingness and ability to communicate with customers, verbally and via email daily Ability to liaise with customers professionally and courteously. Calling on existing and new customers whilst maintaining relationships and growing the business with these customers Identifying new clients and cold-calling on potential customers. Setting and chasing sales Generating new pump sales, spares and workshop services Assisting with further growing the field service department revenue and sales. Gaining new service contracts Recording previous services completed and ensuring these customers repeat pump services. Install and repair pumps and systems on-site. Report reports on time both weekly and monthly Develop relationships with key role players such as Technicians, Engineers, Maintenance Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Distributors, and End users with existing and new clients Skills & Experience: Drivers License essential First Language Afrikaans is preferable as many of our customers prefer to communicate in Afrikaans. Good technical hands-on skills Good verbal and written communication skills Deadline driven Accepts change Can multitask successfully Energetic and Motivated Can work under pressure Confident and have reasoning skills Self-starter and proactive individual Qualification: NDip/N6 Mechanical/Electrical or Millwright qualification Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
