Field Service Engineer Xray

Areas of responsibilityInstallations, service and maintenance of various diagnostic equipment in compliance with regulations and quality standardsAssess, troubleshoot and repair of defective diagnostic equipmentSubmit detailed records following work completedComplete all mandatory documentation as required for installations, repairs and servicesEnsure safe delivery of diagnostic equipment to our customers;Assures product quality by electrical testing methods and testing installed system capabilitiesProvide engineering information by answering questions and requestsKeep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established proceduresUpdate and maintain product data base on an on-going basisComplete projects by training and guiding customers/usersMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societiesExperience recommended4-5 Years working experience in the X-Ray industryElectrical, mechanical and electronic field experience will be an advantageQualificationsDiploma, N-Dip or B-tech Degree: Clinical / Electrical / Electronic EngineeringComputer Skills (MS Office, networking, etc.)CapabilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy with being result orientatedAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication skills, well presented and enjoy working within a teamTechnical knowledge of electronic, electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshootingValid drivers license with own transport is a prerequisite
