Responsibilities
?Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
?Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
?Actively seek out new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
?Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients
?Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
?Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success
?Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager
Requirements
?High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
?Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
?Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
?Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
