Job overview:The Field Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our products within the retail trade sector.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers/customers and key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Minimum requirements:Matric/Grade 12Diploma or tertiary qualification in Sales or related field preferred5+ years' proven experience in Sales or in a similar role in FMCGValid Driver's License essentialComputer Skills (MS Excel Intermediate to advanced Excel essential)Familiar with the area, that is Gqeberha and surrounding areasWillingness to travel to various areas in and around Gqeberha Key Responsibilities:Actively engage in the sales process by identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets by promoting product rangeAddress customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactionRegularly visit retail outlets to understand market trends, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with the telesales/logistics team to coordinate product deliveries and monitor stock levelsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedbackCommunicate with internal teams to provide insights into market conditions and customer needs
