We are seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales Representative who will play a key role in representing Ikeja's brand on the ground, driving sales, and building meaningful relationships with customers. This role involves operating in the field to achieve sales targets, maintaining a positive brand image, fostering customer trust, and providing valuable insights and feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities Community Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with community leaders, landlords, and local organizations to promote Ikeja's wireless internet services. Organize and participate in community meetings, events, and presentations to raise awareness of our offerings. Collaborate with local influencers and stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and visibility. Sales and Sign-Ups: Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company, with the opportunity to earn commission based on performance. Identify and engage potential customers within township areas through door-to-door visits, cold calls, and in-person meetings. Present service plans, pricing, and installation processes clearly to prospective customers. Drive daily sales lead generation, signing up households and spaza shops for our services. Ensure retention of existing clients by maintaining high-quality service. Customer Support and Follow-Up: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Brand Mobilisation: Implement marketing strategies and participate in promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Distribute marketing materials and engage with communities during events, fairs, and activation days. Collaborate on activities that improve community awareness and expand customer reach. Reporting and Feedback: Provide detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to your Line Manager. Make use of internal systems to track customer engagements and sales sign-ups. Suggest innovative ideas to improve sales strategies and community engagement efforts. Track and report the success of sales initiatives and campaigns. This role is ideal for an energetic and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a community-focused sales environment!

Qualifications: Minimum of a matric certificate (Grade 12). A diploma or certificate in sales, marketing, business, or a related field will be an advantage. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or community engagement roles. Experience in a target-driven environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with working in township areas or engaging with diverse communities is highly desirable. Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Proficiency in local languages will be an advantage. Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, to meet community engagement needs. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
