Icebolethu Burial Services is currently in search of ten (10) suitable candidates to apply for the position of Field Sales Agent based at Memorial Hill, Cosmo City. The successful candidates will be required to perform tasks supporting Burial Services.
Minimum Qualifications Grade 12. Responsibilities Required Sales Generation: Proactively identify potential clients interested in memorial sites. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to present the benefits of our memorial services. Utilize persuasive communication skills to close sales and achieve targets. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. New Business Acquisition: Research and identify potential leads within the assigned territory. Develop a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Arrange site visits and presentations to showcase the unique features of our memorial sites. Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Adapt sales strategies based on changing market conditions. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress. Prepare and submit necessary paperwork related to sales transactions.
