Key Responsibilities:
Lead
guided game drives
and
nature walks
, sharing in-depth knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.
Host
and interact with
high-end guests
before and after game drives, ensuring a warm and engaging experience.
Conduct
star gazing experiences
, educating guests about the night sky and constellations in the African wilderness.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction with
exceptional attention to detail
and personalized service.
Assist with
guest hosting
during meal times and social events after game drives.
Maintain and prepare vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Promote conservation efforts by educating guests on sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
Requirements:
Valid
Field Guide qualification
(FGASA or equivalent).
Experience in
hosting high-end guests
with a focus on luxury hospitality.
Knowledge of
star gazing
and ability to offer memorable stargazing experiences.
An
outgoing, bubbly personality
with strong communication skills.
A passion for nature, with an eye for
attention to detail
in all guest interactions.
Previous guiding experience is an advantage.
Valid driver's license with
4x4 experience
.
