What You'll Be Doing:
As the
Field Guide
, you'll be the heartbeat of our guests' experience, transforming every game drive into an unforgettable journey. From sharing insights on local fauna and flora to playing an active role in conservation efforts, you'll be a vital part of making the wild accessible, educational, and inspiring.
Your Role Includes
:
Creating unforgettable wildlife experiences
– catering to every guest's unique curiosity
Leading game drives
with unmatched passion for conservation and wildlife
Communicating with lodge managers
to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
Collaborating on conservation projects
, embracing research and environmental protection
Maintaining equipment and vehicles
with precision
Supporting the lodge team
with guest needs, ensuring every stay is remarkable
Working Conditions
:
Full-time, 45 hours/week
Work Cycle
: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
Your Experience & Skills
:
Minimum 5 years
as a guide, with FGASA Level 1 Certificate
4x4 driving experience
and a PDP Licence
Knowledge of
local flora, fauna, and natural sciences
Proficient in
guest communication and team collaboration
Registered Tour Guide
with NDT
