Core Responsibilities: Trust Oversight: Direct the daily administration of various trusts, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Prepare, review, and manage trust documentation, oversee asset management, and handle distributions and transactions efficiently Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of administrative staff. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance their effectiveness and foster a positive, collaborative work environment Client Interaction: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders. Address and resolve any trust administration issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Regulatory Adherence and Reporting: Ensure that all trust activities conform to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and review periodic reports, financial statements, and other required documentation Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trust administration. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement relevant updates Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in fiduciary services or estate planning is a plus Experience: At least 5 years in trust administration or a related role, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity Proven experience in handling complex trust structures and leading a team Essential Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and administrative expertise Proficiency with trust administration software and Microsoft Office Suite Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Effective interpersonal and communication skills Consultant: RJ Jeftha - Dante Personnel Greenstone
