Prepare, review, and manage trust documentation, oversee asset management, and handle distributions and transactions efficientlyTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of administrative staff. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance their effectiveness and foster a positive, collaborative work environmentClient Interaction: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders. Address and resolve any trust administration issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiencyRegulatory Adherence and Reporting: Ensure that all trust activities conform to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and review periodic reports, financial statements, and other required documentationProcess Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trust administration. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement relevant updatesRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
