Core Responsibilities:Trust Oversight: Direct the daily administration of various trusts, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Prepare, review, and manage trust documentation, oversee asset management, and handle distributions and transactions efficientlyTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of administrative staff. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance their effectiveness and foster a positive, collaborative work environmentClient Interaction: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders. Address and resolve any trust administration issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiencyRegulatory Adherence and Reporting: Ensure that all trust activities conform to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and review periodic reports, financial statements, and other required documentationProcess Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trust administration. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement relevant updatesRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
