Fibre Technician - Cape Town, Wester Cape  We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Technician specializing in motorhome panel repairs.
The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience and a strong understanding of fiberglass materials, tools, and repair techniques.
You will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged fiberglass panels on motorhomes, ensuring a high-quality finish and maintaining structural integrity.
Responsibilities: Inspect and assess damaged fiberglass panels on motorhomes.
Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for repair.
Apply fiberglass materials such as resin, gelcoat, and matting to damaged areas.
Use various techniques to repair and shape fiberglass panels.
Sand, grind, and polish repaired areas to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet deadlines and ensure exceptional results.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in fiberglass repair, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of fiberglass materials, techniques, and processes.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
Valid driver's license.
